Terms and Conditions

1. Definitions

  • Spectra Networks ("Our Company" or "We") refers to Spectra Networks, headquartered in Massachusetts, United States.
  • Referrer refers to the individual or employee who makes the referral.
  • Referrer's Company refers to the company where the Referrer is employed.
  • Referral refers to the company being referred to Spectra Networks by the Referrer.
  • A Managed Services Agreement refers to a legally binding document governing monthly support services between our company and the referrer's company or our company and the referral.

2. Referral Bonus

  • The referrer's company will receive a one-time $500 rebate towards its next monthly service invoice, subject to the terms and conditions below.

3. Eligibility and Limitations

  • The referral must be a net new customer of Spectra Networks. Cross-selling or upselling to existing clients is not eligible for this program.
  • The referral bonus applies only to new monthly managed services agreements with a minimum term of 36 months and a monthly service fee exceeding $500.
  • Referral bonuses will be paid out within 60 days after executing the referral's managed services agreement.
  • The rebate will be applied to the referrer's company's next monthly service invoice only if the company is an existing client of Spectra Networks with an active managed services agreement.

4. General Conditions

  • Referral information must be submitted through the designated Spectra Networks referral form, email, phone, or system to be eligible for the program.
  • Referrers are responsible for ensuring they have permission to provide contact details of the Referral and that the Referral is aware and has consented to being referred.
  • This program may not be combined with any other Spectra Networks promotions or discounts.
  • The referral rewards are not transferable, and no substitutions or cash equivalents are permitted.
  • Referrers must comply with all applicable laws, including anti-bribery and anti-corruption laws.

5. Limitation of Liability

  • Spectra Networks is not responsible for any errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in administering the Referral Bonus Program or announcing the rewards. Furthermore, Spectra Networks will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from participating in the program or any Referral’s failure to comply with the terms set forth herein.

6. Program Modifications and Termination

  • Spectra Networks reserves the right to modify any of the terms and conditions of this referral program, including termination of the program, at any time without notice.
  • Should the program be terminated, Spectra Networks will honor any eligible referrals made prior to the date of termination but not yet paid out.

7. Disputes

  • Any disputes related to the Referral Bonus Program will be resolved at Spectra Networks' sole discretion and will be subject to the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
