What is Mills58?
Mills58 was once one of the dozens of leather mills in Peabody’s during the late 19th Century. While you won’t see the old leather factories at work anymore, you will still catch a glimpse of the past in the mill building structure's aesthetics and the dynamic and innovative spirit coming from the more than 75 businesses that call Mills58 home. We are so happy to be at the heart of such a unique collaborative work setting.This collaborative community of small businesses has something for everyone including places to eat, drink, shop, and find your new favorite small business. Office spaces, retail stores, and storefronts are alive with business in this beautiful turn-of-the-century mill.
